Off the field, Shannon Sharpe has been called many things.
Outspoken. Controversial. Candid. But what the future NFL
Hall of Famer will be remembered for is the name he made for
himself on the field—a champion. Throughout his career
as a tight end with the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens,
Sharpe was one of the most consistent players in the league.
He has three Super Bowl rings and eight Pro Bowl appearances
to show for his efforts. Many players would be tempted to
rest on their laurels after such lofty accomplishments. Shannon
was different. He always arrived in training camp in superior
condition, year after year. Sharpe still devotes himself to
